Selection-Interview: The selected candidates are called for interviews. Depending on the selection method, many interview rounds are held and they might vary from 2-6. Most HR round involves personality check, background verification, and behavioural aspects.
Joining formalities: Usually, the top selected candidates receive a joining letter from an organization. The formalities are submitting relevant papers and then signing a work contract. After the document formalities are completed, the selected candidates are given a joining date.
