• Payment part is handled by PayPal, an online payments system. The company has associated with this service provider so that PayPal (and not BookMyEssay) handles credit card details of a student.
• BookMyEssay uses name and email of students only to send regular emails for updating about the assignments. Also, the same email is used for sending the final assignment.
• BookMyEssay holds the right to disclose the personal information if required by law. The information can also be used, if necessary, to the protect the company’s rights or/and comply with the legal processes or judicial proceedings.
