Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence model has four domains such as self-management, self-awareness, relationship management, and social awareness. It was developed originally in 1998 with five domains but redesigned with four domains in 2002. Every domain has connected competencies.
Goleman’s model of EI has five realms:
